	OPTION 2 - Buy 3 ... Get One FREE $195.00 (one payment) - Three (3) one-hour sessions + 1 FREE = 1 session per month for 4 months. (Total of 4 sessions)
	OPTION 3 - Easy Payments $65.00 per month auto-payments for THREE months...total $195 - Three (3) one-hour sessions - 1 session per month for 3 months.

Before your coaching sessions begin, you will complete a brief Coaching Assessment Form to help us determine where you are and what your goals are. This form must be completed and returned before the first session is scheduled. Once the coaching session appointment is set, you will make the telephone call for each of your sessions. (The coaching client will call CSS at the scheduled time.)
